When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect payment information which is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie preferences (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use it
We use your data to process your booking, send you confirmation emails, and contact you about your trip. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may send you a one-time review request after your trip.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights.
Data retention
Booking records are kept for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
